Velvet Ice Cream Festival 2024 Dates – The 2024 Havre de Grace Ice Festival took place in downtown Havre de Grace at The STAR Centre. This year’s theme was “Magic, Monsters & Make Believe!” The Vandiver Inn’s ice sculpture . With 2023 now nothing but a distant memory (one that grows more distant with each passing day), we are fully in the 2024 TV schedule with all the exciting new arrivals and highly-anticipated .

On this day, people travel to temples to worship the goddess . This is the 27th year of the festival, and was held in the central business district. Activities this year included an ice cream eating contest, a chili crawl, and of course ice carving. .
